Jalal Orujov appointed Member of the Executive Board of Kapital Bank

By resolution of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank, a new member has been appointed to the Executive Board. In accordance with the decision, Jalal Orujov has been appointed as a Member of the Executive Board and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the bank. He will lead the bank’s payments business as well as PashaPay.

Jalal Orujov has held senior leadership positions in leading financial institutions in Azerbaijan. Over the years, he has served as Head of the Payment Systems Development Department at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chief Executive Officer of “MilliKart” LLC, Director of Technologies at Unibank and the International Bank of Azerbaijan, and Chief Operations Officer and Member of the Executive Board at PASHA Bank. He is currently also a Member of the Supervisory Board of PASHA Capital.
