Red Hearts Foundation has successfully concluded its traditional “Bayram səbəti” (Holiday basket) campaign, held to celebrate the International Solidarity Day of Azerbaijanis and the New Year. Thanks to the donations collected, holiday food packages were delivered to hundreds of families living in different regions of the country.
As part of the campaign, which aimed to strengthen the values of solidarity and sharing in society, support was provided to 305 families from vulnerable population groups. Food boxes containing essential products for everyday needs were formed through donations made by Birbank customers and delivered to addresses across 39 districts of the country.
77 volunteers of the Foundation took an active part in the implementation of the campaign. Made possible by the material and moral support of donors and the dedicated efforts of volunteers, this charitable initiative not only provided material assistance but also contributed to strengthening the tradition of mutual support within society.
“Red Hearts” was founded in December 2019 at the initiative of Kapital Bank employees. The organization, which operates as a foundation from 2020, mainly contributes to the formation of a culture of philanthropy in our country. Addressing sensitive and important issues such as environmental protection, ecological balance restoration, education, training, and enlightenment, “Red Hearts” engages in social initiatives.
